New Chapter, Great Prospects — Forging Ahead in 2023

Time flies, and Nikolay bids farewell to the remarkable year of 2022, welcoming the hopeful year of 2023. Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, we are about to cross another year's threshold. Looking back, in the three years since the pandemic, Nikolay has experienced hardships and setbacks, yet it has remained steadfast. The sudden outbreak of the pandemic caught every member of Nikolay off guard and brought tremendous impact to our lives and work. However, we stood shoulder to shoulder, undaunted by difficulties, not only overcoming the numerous obstacles brought by the pandemic but also achieving new breakthroughs.

This year, we have achieved remarkable results through hard work and dedication. We have persisted in increasing vitality through reform, adding momentum through innovation, and strengthening our capabilities through management. We have taken multiple measures and focused our efforts precisely to overcome the difficulties in project equipment installation caused by the pandemic. Key indicators such as annual sales, project bidding volume, and sales profit have reached new historical highs, creating excellent performance.


This year, we used innovation to expand the "Nikola breadth", actively expanded new sales fields, new development directions, enhanced independent innovation capabilities, innovated with the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutions and universities, and actively explored the integration of industry and education through joint innovation laboratories and university-enterprise cooperation models, and integrated new ideas for the development of industry, education and research.


This year, we refreshed the "Nikola Speed" with practical work, successively completing nearly 10 safety-sensing emergency base construction projects for State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, and other companies in 2022, delivering projects that cover a geographical area from Hulunbuir in the north to Hainan in the south. We also completed the "Immersive Simulation Fire Experience System" for the Fire and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the "Emergency Safety Enhancement Perception Micro-environment Training System" for the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management.


This year, we have used technology to enrich "Nikolai Depth," seized new opportunities, and laid out new tracks. We have initially completed the preliminary work for the construction of the Nikolai power grid platform, the construction of the emergency fire-fighting platform, the expansion of the university platform, and the development of emergency safety popular science products. We have achieved excellent results, including applying for 2 invention patents, 14 utility model patents, and 20 software copyrights.


This year, we expanded the "Nikola Dimension" with knowledge, transforming from a technology leader to a standard setter. Nikola leveraged its strengths to actively participate in the drafting of industry standards, completing the formulation of the "Technical Standard for Virtual Reality Fire Safety Experience System," promoting technological progress and healthy development in the industry, and contributing its own strength to the industry and society.
